ProofGMV provides a public database of TikTok Shop creator performance data. By using this service:

• You agree to use the data for lawful purposes only
• You will not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute the data without permission
• You understand that unverified data is provided as-is and may not be accurate

3. Data Accuracy

Data marked as "Unverified" is sourced from third-party analytics providers. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of unverified data. Verified data (when available) is pulled directly from the official TikTok Shop API.

4. User Content

When you connect your TikTok Shop account via OAuth (when available), you grant us permission to:

• Access your shop performance data via TikTok Shop API
• Display your verified GMV publicly on ProofGMV
• Store your data securely in our database

You can disconnect your account at any time, and we will remove your verified data from public display.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProofGMV is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the data displayed on this platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
