OAuth Connected Data (When Available)

When you connect your TikTok Shop account via OAuth, we collect:

  • Your TikTok Shop account ID
  • Official GMV and sales data from TikTok Shop API
  • Access tokens (encrypted and stored securely)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Display creator performance data on public leaderboards
  • Verify GMV claims through official TikTok Shop API
  • Provide transparency in the TikTok Shop creator ecosystem
  • Improve our service and add new features

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Public Display: All data displayed on ProofGMV is public by design. When you connect your account, your verified GMV will be visible to anyone visiting the site.

Third Parties: We do not sell or share your OAuth tokens or private account information with third parties. We only use official TikTok Shop APIs to verify your data.

4. Data Security

We take data security seriously. OAuth access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Disconnect your TikTok Shop account at any time
  • Request removal of your verified data from public display
  • Request deletion of your account data
  • Access the data we have about your account

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal analytics to understand how users interact with ProofGMV. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

ProofGMV is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
